BREAKING: Trump Makes Comment Showing He’s Not Prepared, Backtracks After Criticizing Obama

President Donald Trump has just done a complete reversal and taken a 180-degree turn on his policy regarding Syria. His previous stance was to “leave Syria the hell alone.”

That’s what he told President Obama in a series on past tweetstorms when Syria used chemical weapons killing over 1,400 people. Now that Trump is president and it happened again under his watch? Well, Trump doesn’t know what to do. He now appears to be going against his own advice to Obama in the exact same situation – and says he might even take action.

Not only that but he just revealed he didn’t even have a concrete strategy in place in regards to Syria. Total incompetence.

“I think what happened in Syria is a disgrace to humanity, and he’s there, I guess he’s running things, so I guess something should happen.”

He guesses? This is the same Trump administration that said Assad should be left in power – and that it’s not the business of the United States to get involved.

Trump issued out blame to former President Obama again after the chemical attack in Syria was announced in recent days. Here was the statement the White House released:

“Today’s chemical attack in Syria against innocent people, including women and children, is reprehensible and cannot be ignored by the civilized world. These heinous actions by the Bashar al-Assad regime are a consequence of the past administration’s weakness and irresolution.”

“President Obama said in 2012 that he would establish a ‘red line’ against the use of chemical weapons and then did nothing. The United States stands with our allies across the globe to condemn this intolerable attack.”

Now – check out what Trump told Obama in 2013. Be prepared to laugh.

Trump made his statement after Secretary of State Tex Tillerson announced that the White House is currently trying to figure out its current strategy, saying “steps are underway.” But – the thing is – they should have already had plans on the drawing board. Trump has been preparing for the Commander-in-Chief role for quite a while now. Syria hasn’t changed its ways. This should have been expected.

Trump will be meeting with Secretary of Defense James Mattis on Thursday night according to reports and be briefed on the matter. Maybe Trump should recant his past statements to Obama and apologize. Just a thought.
