BREAKING: Trump Brings Back Campaign Manager He Fired, Not Happy With New Team

Last June, President Trump fired his campaign manager Corey Lewandowski. Now, Trump is telling him he wants him back to “bring order” to the White House. That’s what Lewandoski was reported to have said when he was asked on the matter according to Politico.

Trump is apparently frustrated at his current aides’ ability to handle the multiple scandals currently enveloping his administration and he misses his old staff – the days before Trump was ravaged by an endless barrage of leaks.

“It’s less about bringing back old campaign aides and more about missing the days when he trusted his staff,” one close advisor said.

NEW YORK, NY - NOVEMBER 11: Corey Lewandowski, former campaign manager for Donald Trump, is reflected on a wall as he walks into an elevator in the lobby of Trump Tower, November 11, 2016 in New York City. On Friday morning, Trump tweeted that he 'has a busy day in New York' and 'will soon be making some very important decisions on the people who will be running our government.' Whether that translates into an official White House role hasn’t been decided yet, but Lewandowski is back in Trump’s inner circle and is currently advising him – along with former officials Jason Miller, and David Bossie.

He had Bossie, his former deputy campaign manager, sit in on a meeting with Press Secretary Sean Spicer and his communications director Mike Dubke while he blasted them for poorly handling the press coverage of his firing of former FBI Director James Comey. Meanwhile, Trump has talked about Jason Miller taking over for Dubke.

Lewandowski was previously forced out from Trump’s campaign after it was discovered that he grabbed the arm of Breitbart reporter Michelle Fields. Trump defended him on this but ultimately decided to let him go due to the media frenzy around it.

It was also later reported that the Trump campaign was still paying Lewandowski even though he was working at CNN to cover the election and provide insight on Trump.
